With the Omnisend integration, you can access new custom properties on your contacts' profiles, enabling you to use loyalty-related information in your emails.

Setup Process

Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → Search for YoYo Loyalty → Click Connect now and follow the steps.

Step 2. Click Copy API Key.

Step 3. Head over to Shopify's side and go to Integrations under YoYo Loyalty.

Step 4. Choose Omnisend from the listed options.

Step 5. Paste the API key into the field and click Save.

Step 6. Go back to Omnisend, check the box I have completed all the steps, and click Confirm.

And that's it! Omnisend will now be integrated with YoYo Loyalty.

What Data Is Passed

You will immediately notice that Loyalty information is added to qualifying contacts.

  1. Personalize your emails, SMS, and Push notifications using the synced custom properties through personalization tags.

  2. Use segmentation to identify which customers have a specific credit limit.

Note: Wishlist-related information is not passed to Omnisend. However, contacts who add products to their wishlist will be passed to Omnisend with a non-subscribed status.
