Omnisend now works with AI tools like ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask questions about your campaigns, automations, and subscribers in plain language and get instant answers, without switching between platforms.
This guide shows you how to set up the connection and start using AI to analyze your marketing performance.
This guide covers ChatGPT only. Claude integration is coming soon.
What is Omnisend MCP?
This connection is powered by MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard that allows AI tools to securely access your Omnisend data.
Omnisend MCP allows you to connect your Omnisend data to AI platforms like ChatGPT. Once connected, you can ask questions about campaign performance, automation workflows, subscriber trends, and more, without leaving your AI workspace.
If you use AI tools as your primary workspace for thinking and planning, MCP lets you access your Omnisend data without switching between platforms. This reduces the friction between data and action, making it faster to understand performance and decide what to do next.
Before You Begin
You need an active Omnisend account.
You need a ChatGPT account that supports integrations/apps.
Access to apps/integrations may require a paid ChatGPT plan, depending on your account.
Important: When you connect Omnisend, you’ll be asked to approve access to your account. This allows ChatGPT to securely retrieve and manage data (such as campaigns or reports) on your behalf. Omnisend only shares the data necessary to fulfill your requests, and you can disconnect the integration at any time.
Benefits
Using Omnisend MCP helps you:
