Lob is a direct mail automation platform that helps you send personalized postcards, letters, and checks at scale.
Connect it to Omnisend to automatically sync postcard delivery data and trigger email or SMS workflows when postcards reach customers – perfect for multi-channel campaigns, combining physical and digital touchpoints, and creating coordinated follow-ups after direct mail delivery.
Setup Process
Step 1. Go to the App Market in Omnisend, find the Lob app, and click the Connect Now button.
Step 2. Once connected, you'll see a list of automation that you can enable.
Step 3. Once enabled, under automation, you'll see the webhook URL. This URL is required for us to receive information about the upcoming event. Access Lob webhooks settings here.
Step 4. Copy the webhook URL for the automation you'd like to use, then create a new webhook. Then:
Name your webhook (for example, Postcard event - Postcard viewed).
Paste the webhook URL that you copied in Omnisend.
Make sure to select a postcard.delivered event type.
Click on the Create button.
And that's it! Once you update settings in Omnisend for selected automation, all relevant updates will be triggered as a custom event in Omnisend!

This integration will trigger 1 custom event, Lob - Postcard Delivered. It will trigger when recipient will have postcard delivered. All contact fields will be synced with the event.
FAQ
What happens if the recipient doesn't have an email?
Events won't sync to Omnisend. An email address is required to create or update a contact.
Can I use this integration to send emails from Omnisend?
No – this integration only syncs Lob tracking data to Omnisend. You must create and send email campaigns in Lob (or via Lob's API).
