Nitrocommerce is a commerce platform that helps you manage products, orders, and customer data across your sales channels. Connect it to Omnisend to automatically sync customer contact details in real time – keeping your Omnisend audience up to date with the latest location and phone data for targeted campaigns, geo-based segmentation, and personalized messaging.
Before You Begin
You need an active Nitrocommerce account.
The integration is available on all Omnisend plans.
This integration syncs contact fields only – it does not trigger custom events yet.
Integration works via webhooks. To enable this in NitroCommerce, you can contact NitroCommerce's support.
Setup Process
Step 1. Go to the App Market in Omnisend, find the NitroCommerce app, and click the Connect Now button.
Step 2. On the next page, you'll see an automation. Once you select it, you will see the webhook's URL. This URL is required for us to receive information about incoming contacts.
Step 3. Access your webhook settings in your NitroCommerce (keep in mind that you need to unlock this feature by contacting NitroCommerce), find Connect with Webhooks, paste webhook's URL from Omnisend and make sure to select Contacts checkbox. Afterward, add a webhook.
Once you save the changes in Omnisend, new contacts will be synced.
What Data Is Passed
Nitrocommerce syncs the following contact fields to Omnisend.
Contact Fields
Email Address;
Phone number;
City;
State;
Country
Zip Code.
FAQ
Does it sync historical data?
No. Since the integration works via webhooks, historical data is not synced.
What if a contact already exists in Omnisend? Omnisend updates the existing contact profile with the latest data from Nitrocommerce. Existing fields are overwritten with the most recent values.
What if a contact doesn't have an email address? An email address is required to create or update a contact in Omnisend. Contacts without an email won't sync.
