Aircall is a cloud-based phone and messaging platform that helps support and sales teams manage calls and SMS conversations. Connect it to Omnisend to automatically sync contacts from Aircall and trigger email or SMS workflows when messages are sent or delivered – perfect for follow-up sequences, multi-channel engagement, and coordinating digital campaigns alongside your Aircall conversations.
Before You Begin
The integration is available on all Omnisend plans.

Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → Search for Aircall → Click Connect now.
Step 2. Once connected, you'll see a list of integration features you want to use.
Contacts Sync
Message Events
Step 3. Under each integration feature, you'll see the webhook URL. This URL is required for us to receive information about the upcoming event. Access Aircall webhooks settings here.
Step 4. Install an app Webhooks, name it according to the event you want to use, paste the webhook URL you copied in Omnisend, and select relevant events to track.
For contacts sync, select these events:
contact.created
contact.deleted
contact.update
For message events, select these events:
message.sent
message.received
Note: If you want to use both integration features, you need to install the webhooks apps twice and paste different webhook URLs.
And that's it! Once you update settings in Omnisend for selected automations, all relevant updates will be triggered as custom events in Omnisend!
What Data Is Passed
Aircall syncs contact data to Omnisend and creates custom events for messaging activity.
Contact Fields:

FAQ
Are events sent in real time?
Yes, Aircall uses webhooks, so events trigger workflows instantly when messages are sent or received.
Can I sync historical contact data from before I connected?
No, the integration only syncs contacts created or updated after you connect Aircall. Past contacts won't import automatically.
What if a contact already exists in Omnisend?
Omnisend updates the existing contact profile with the latest email and phone data from Aircall. Existing fields are overwritten with the most recent values.
What happens if I disconnect Aircall?
Past events and contact data remain in Omnisend, but new contact syncs and message events won't trigger.
Why didn't my workflow trigger after a Fourthwall event?
Check the following:
The integration feature is enabled in app settings.
Contact has an email address or a phone number in Aircall.
Make sure that webhook URLs in Omnisend are correctly copied to Aircall, and if they're the same.
If both are confirmed and the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the Aircall integration. If it still doesn't work, contact our Support team.
