Trustwill is a loyalty and rewards platform that helps you build customer retention programs with points, tiers, and reward incentives. Connect it to Omnisend to automatically sync customer loyalty data to contact profiles – keeping your Omnisend audience up to date for targeted campaigns, loyalty-based segmentation, and personalized messaging based on reward activity.
Before You Begin
You need an active Trustwill account on the Plus plan or higher. The API Key required for this integration is only available on the Plus plan.
The integration is available on all Omnisend plans.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Trustwill → click Connect now.
Step 2. Enter your Trustwill API Key. In Trustwill, go to Program → Access Points Program's settings → Developer Tools and copy your private API Key.
Step 3. Paste the API Key into the Omnisend connection form and click Continue.
Step 4. You'll see the supported integration feature.
And that's it! Once enabled, we will start syncing customer data from TrustWILL to Omnisend.

Contact Fields
The table below lists the contact fields Trustwill syncs to Omnisend.

FAQ
Does this integration trigger custom events?
No. At the moment, this integration syncs customer data only to contact profiles. It does not create custom events or trigger automation workflows directly.
When does data sync to Omnisend?
Contact data syncs whenever a customer record is created or updated in Trustwill.
Can I sync historical customer data?
No. The integration only syncs customers created or updated after you connect to Trustwill. Past records won't be imported automatically.
Why isn't data appearing after setup?
Check the following:
Your Trustwill account is on the Plus plan or higher.
The integration feature is enabled in the app's settings.
If all is confirmed and the issue persists, reinstall trustWILL integration. If it still doesn't work, contact our Support Team.
