Swap Commerce is a returns management platform that helps you handle customer return requests, approvals, refunds, and exchanges. Connect Swap Commerce to Omnisend to send return activity as custom events and trigger targeted Automation Workflows.
Benefits
Track return activity in Omnisend.
Trigger Automation workflows when a customer submits a return request.
Notify customers when their return has been processed.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Swap Commerce → click Connect Now.
Step 2. Enable the integration feature you want to use:
Return Created
Return Processed
Omnisend generates a unique webhook URL for each feature you enable. Keep this page open because you’ll need these URLs in Swap Commerce.
Step 3. In Swap Commerce, go to Returns → Integrations. Under Webhooks, click + New webhook.
Step 4. Configure the webhook for the integration feature you want to use.
Enter a title, such as Omnisend – Return Created / Omnisend – Return Processed.
Add an optional description.
Paste the webhook URL for Return Created or Return Processed from Omnisend into the URL field.
Under Event, select Return Created / Return Processed.
Under Webhook version, select Version 2.
Click Save.
Follow these steps for both integration features if you're planning to use both of them.
Make sure both webhooks are enabled in Swap Commerce. Swap Commerce will now send the selected return events to Omnisend when the corresponding activity occurs.
