Swap Commerce is an ecommerce platform that helps businesses manage store operations, users, and order activity. Connect Swap Commerce to Omnisend to synchronize Contacts and send order activity as custom events.
Before You Begin
Orders from Swap Commerce are synced to Omnisend as custom events. They aren’t imported as orders and won’t appear in Omnisend’s order reporting.
Benefits
Synchronize Contacts when they’re created or updated in Swap Commerce.
Track order activity in Omnisend as custom events.
Trigger Automation Workflows based on customer and order activity.
Create Contact segments using synced order events.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Swap Commerce → click Connect Now.
Step 2. Enable the features you want to use:
Contact Synchronization
Order Synchronizations
Omnisend generates a unique webhook URL for each enabled feature. Copy these URLs before continuing.
Step 3. In Swap Commerce, go to Settings → Developers → Webhook Endpoints → click + New Webhook Endpoint.
Create a webhook endpoint for each enabled integration feature:
For Contact Synchronization, paste the corresponding Omnisend webhook URL and select:
user.createduser.updated
For Order Synchronizations, paste the corresponding Omnisend webhook URL and select:
order.canceledorder.completedorder.createdorder.deletedorder.paidorder.resumedorder.shippedorder.updated
Save each webhook endpoint and make sure it’s active in Swap Commerce.

FAQ
Do I need to create separate webhook endpoints?
Yes. Create one endpoint for Contact Synchronization and another endpoint for Order Synchronization. Each endpoint uses the corresponding webhook URL generated in Omnisend.
Will Swap Commerce orders appear in Omnisend reporting?
No. Swap Commerce sends order activity as custom events. These events can trigger Automation Workflows and be used in segmentation, but they aren’t reflected in Omnisend’s order reporting.
What should I check if the data doesn’t arrive in Omnisend?
Check that:
The relevant integration feature is enabled in Omnisend.
You copied the correct webhook URL for that feature.
The webhook URL was added to the correct Swap Commerce endpoint.
The required topics are selected.
The webhook endpoint is active in Swap Commerce.
If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If the integration is still not working, contact our Support Team.
