Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Rhym → click Connect Now.
Enable the New Lead feature and copy the webhook URL generated by Omnisend.
Step 2. Open the Rhym campaign you want to connect. In the campaign editor, click Add Integrations → select Webhooks.
Step 3. Proceed with the following:
Paste the Omnisend webhook URL into the Enter URL field.
Click Add.
Under Send on, select Lead.
Make sure the webhook is enabled.
Click Save in the campaign editor.
Publish the campaign when you’re ready to start collecting live leads.
Note: Do not select Game Over. The Rhym integration supports the Lead event only.
Once the webhook is enabled, Rhym sends the New Lead event to Omnisend when a lead submits the campaign.
What Data Is Passed
Rhym sends one custom event to Omnisend:

What should I check if the event doesn’t arrive in Omnisend?
Check that:
The New Lead feature is enabled in Omnisend.
You copied the correct webhook URL.
The URL was added under Webhooks in the correct Rhym campaign.
Lead is selected under Send on.
The webhook is enabled.
The campaign is saved and published.
Uninstall and reinstall the app if the issue persists.
