Promolayer is a popup and form builder that helps businesses collect visitor information through on-site campaigns. Connect Promolayer to Omnisend to send form submissions through a webhook and create or update Contacts with the collected information.

Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Promolayer → click Connect now.
Copy the webhook URL generated for the integration.
Step 2. In Promolayer, open the popup or form you want to connect. Go to Actions → Scroll down to the bottom of the page, where you'll see the Webhooks field.
Step 3. Paste the Omnisend webhook URL into the URL field → click Save.
Once the webhook is connected, Promolayer sends new form submissions to Omnisend.
What Data Is Passed
Contact Fields
Promolayer syncs the following fields to Omnisend:

Email addresses and phone numbers are added to Omnisend with a non-subscribed status.
What should I check if a Contact doesn’t appear in Omnisend?
Check that:
The correct Omnisend webhook URL was copied.
The URL was added under Webhooks in the correct Promolayer campaign.
The webhook connection was saved.
The Promolayer campaign is live.
The Email field or a phone number is included in the form.
