How It Works
MailMunch sends information collected through your form to an Omnisend webhook URL. When a visitor submits the form, MailMunch forwards the submission to Omnisend.
The fields available in Omnisend depend on the information collected by your MailMunch form.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for MailMunch → click Connect now. You'll see an integration feature called Contact Synchronization. Enable it and copy the webhook URL generated by Omnisend.
Step 2. In MailMunch, open the form you want to connect and go to the Integrate step. Select HTTP Post.
Step 3. Paste the Omnisend webhook URL into the HTTP Post URL endpoint field and click Save and Continue.
Important: After pasting the webhook URL, don’t change the default variable names used by MailMunch. Changing them may prevent the integration from working as expected.
What Data Is Passed
MailMunch sends the information collected through the connected form to Omnisend. This can include any of the following:

Where do I add the Omnisend webhook URL?
In MailMunch, open your form → go to Integrate → select HTTP Post. Paste the URL into the HTTP Post URL endpoint field.

MailMunch sends the Email address and any additional fields configured in the form.
What should I check if form submissions don’t arrive in Omnisend?
Check that:
You copied the correct webhook URL from Omnisend.
The URL was added to the correct MailMunch form.
The default variable names were not changed.
The form and integration feature in Omnisend are active and receiving submissions.
If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
