Integrate SEA Survey & Quiz with Omnisend

SEA Survey & Quiz helps Shopify merchants create surveys and quizzes to collect customer insights. Connect it to Omnisend to sync survey responses, segment audiences, and trigger personalized Email and SMS marketing.

Before You Begin

Upgrade to the Growth plan in SEA Survey & Quiz.

Setup Process

Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for SEA Survey & Quiz → click Connect now → Copy API Key.

Step 2. In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → SEA Survey & Quiz → Integrations. Find Omnisend and select Connect.

Step 3. Paste the copied API key into the API Key field and complete the connection.

Under Step 2: Sync survey, select the survey or surveys you want to sync to Omnisend.

Step 4. In Omnisend, check the box confirming that I have completed all the steps and click Confirm.

How It Works

SEA Survey & Quiz sends the Email address and survey responses to Omnisend.

Each question and answer is stored as a numbered pair of custom properties:

Question_1 stores the first question.
Answer_1 stores the answer to the first question.
Question_2 stores the second question.
Answer_2 stores the answer to the second question.

The number links each answer to its corresponding question. For example:

If a survey contains additional questions, SEA Survey & Quiz uses the same numbering format, such as Question_2 and Answer_2.

FAQ

Can I choose which surveys to sync?

Yes. In the SEA Survey & Quiz Omnisend integration settings, select the survey or surveys you want to synchronize.

What should I check if survey responses don’t appear in Omnisend?

Check that:

You’re using the Growth plan.
The API key was added to the correct SEA Survey & Quiz integration.
At least one survey is selected under Step 2: Sync survey.
The survey is active and receiving responses.
If the issue still persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.
