Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for CrazyRocket → click Connect Now → copy the API Key.
Step 2. Open your CrazyRocket account → go to Setup → Integrations → select Omnisend → click Setup.
Step 3. Paste the API Key you copied from Omnisend → click Save.
Step 4. Go to your CrazyRocket campaign's global settings → select Export collected e-mails automatically to: Omnisend → enable opt-in.
Step 5. Back in Omnisend, check the box confirming all steps are complete → click Save Changes.
You're all set. New contacts from your CrazyRocket form now sync to Omnisend automatically.
What Data Is Passed to Omnisend
CrazyRocket passes these fields:
Email address
Email opt-in date
CRZ_CouponId – Shopify discount code the customer won
CRZ_DeviceType – Coupon description from your CrazyRocket campaign
CRZ_InitialPage – Page URL opened when the form was submitted

Send Welcome Email to CrazyRocket Contacts
Create a segment based on the crazyrocket tag.
Then create an Automation Workflow using the Contact enters a segment trigger → select your CrazyRocket segment.
To include the discount code a customer won, split your workflow based on segments created for each discount code.
