Before You Start

All of the segments that you create are dynamic. This means they will automatically update over time, depending on the rules you have preset. Segments can currently be used along with the following features:

  • Regular email and SMS campaigns
  • A/B test campaigns
  • Syncing with Google Ads Customer Match (Pro pricing plan only)
  • Syncing with Facebook Custom Audiences (Pro pricing plan only)
  • Automation workflows

Omnisend segmentation allows you to work with all your contacts (subscribed, non-subscribed, unsubscribed, removed). This way you can see how many contacts with different statuses match your rules and act accordingly. If you decide to send a campaign or automation to a particular segment, it will only be sent to those, who accept such correspondence.

Although the tab is visible for all Omnisend users, segments are only available on Standard and Pro plans, Trial included. Please note: advanced filtration options that allow you to set more specific conditions are available on the Pro and Trial plans only.
