According to our policy (Terms of Use, Paragraph 5.8.), the Standard and Pro plans are a prepaid month-to-month subscription services with monthly or annual payments. The subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the paid period unless it is explicitly cancelled before the start of the new billing period.

We are happy to provide a refund on the following occassions:

a) customer was not using any features: collecting email addresses with signup forms and/or sending any emails with the system in the last month. In the latter case customer(s) will be refunded for the last paying cycle.

b) a customer has cancelled the Standard or Pro plan before the new billing period starts but for some reason it failed to cancel. 

c) a customer cannot use the Standard or Pro features over the period that he/she has paid for due to a system malfunction and unexpected issues caused because of it.


Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund unused monthly credits. Please make sure you familiarized yourself with the Terms of Use before starting using Omnisend.
