The Image Library is a helpful tool that helps you speed up, even more, the creation process of any email within Omnisend by saving and keeping all your most commonly used images in your account. 

 

Before you start

  • This feature does not require any setup
  • No limit on quantity of stored images
  • Max size of uploaded image should be 5 MB
  • Supported file formats are JPEG, PNG
  • You can add GIFS using Image library
  • This feature is available for all Omnisend plans: Trial, Free, Standard and Pro

 

Step by step process

Right within the Content Editor for both, Campaigns and Automation, drag and drop any of the content blocks containing an image and select your image. To do so, click Select image in the sidebar, when the content block containing an image field is active.


You are then brought to your image library where all your images are stored. Here you can upload images from your computer or from a URL.


Once you select the image from your preferred source, it is placed in the email you are creating and, at the same time, it is stored in your Image Library. 


You can access your Image Library by clicking on Select image or Replace image

From there you can insert any already stored image directly into your email by clicking Insert or choose to add more from your computer or URL.

 

Removing an image from Image Library

If any of the uploaded images need to be removed from the Image Library, simply click on the Trash icon next to it. This automatically removes the image from your Image Library, but leaves it in all emails that you have already sent and drafts that you have already created.
