If you need to use information about your contacts elsewhere, you can easily export your contacts to a file. In this article you will find out how our export feature works.
How it works
In order to export your contacts successfully, please follow these steps:
1. In your Omnisend account go to Audience tab and click on the Segment you wish to export.
2. Switch to the Export tab and click Start new export.
3. You will then get the Export options, to choose what type of contacts you wish to export.
4. Once you've done that, the export will be ready in your account. Click Download to save the file to your device:
When you save your export, you will be able to see all the information you collected about your customers. The file will contain columns of default properties, such as name, email, surname and columns of custom properties you have collected and your contact tags. Note, Tag column will include all tags your contact has, separated by “a comma.
