If you set a default logo and social links in your Omnisend account, we will automatically populate this information into your campaigns and automation emails. You will have your logo or your social links available in any email you send in the future.

Before you begin

With Omnisend, you have an option to manually insert your brand logo each time you send an email with campaigns or automation, or you can automate that step by adding a default logo feature to your account. You will be able to use it in the following content block:

  • Header

You can also set default social links in your account, and they will be available in the following content blocks for classic email builder:

  • Header

  • Footer

  • Social

You can add socials using the Social media content block for a new email builder.

Setting default logo and social links

To add a default logo or social links to your account, go to Store settings > Settings > Contact information:

Click Select image and add your company logo on the Contact information page. Once added, you will have options to replace it or remove it any time:

You will then have your company logo populated in campaigns and automation as you set it up in your account settings. If you are editing a draft, you will be able to easily add the default logo with a button Add default logo:

We strongly recommend adding your company's logo to the emails you send to your customers to help people immediately recognize your brand!
 

To add default social links, click, Add social link in your Contact information page:

You will be able to add various social links to your account, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others which will keep your customers more engaged!

Note! TikTok and Spotify are available in the new email builder only. Those can't be added as default ones in the store settings, as they can't be used in the classic email builder.
 
Social links will be populated in campaigns and automation as you set them up in your account settings.

If you are editing a draft, you will be able to easily add default social links with a button Add default social links for classic email builder.

For new email builder, you'll get more options while adding social media:

You can edit each link manually by clicking on a specific logo:

Each time you set a new default logo or social links, it will be populated to your campaigns and automation emails.
