My Newsletter form is working but still says check and fix. What could be the reason? It may happen if something has changed with the Signup form registration and you need to look at it again or if there were no new signups for the last 7 days.

Is it possible to uniquely identify contacts subscribing to a specific form? There are a few solutions to this problem. The most straightforward one os to assign a tag to every new subscriber filling the form. Another solution will be suited if you are collected some custom data with that form. In that case, only those contacts that fill in the form will have that data in their account.

Would Omnisend signup form work on a subdomain? Let's say that we have integrated our store on the main domain with Omnisend and need the signup form work on a sub.domain.com. The signup form will work on a subdomain but only in case you've added the frontend snippet there too.

Is it possible to change the Wheel of Fortune slices color? Although, you can't change them in the platform front-end. You can use custom CSS rules to customize the design of the Wheel. Find the example of the CSS snippet here.

Is it possible to change the URL of the Landing page form to my own domain? Unfortunately, it is not possible. The only way to host this page somewhere on your end is to add an iframe for the Landing page signup form somewhere on your website.

If I have a third-party app integration, what trigger should I use to trigger my Welcome workflow? To make sure that all of the Signup forms you have created or integrated with Omnisend can trigger your Welcome workflow, you can set the trigger in the Automation setting to Form is any. Note, if you set the trigger to Form is not Signup form, the automation won't be triggered for any third-party form, including the Newsletter one.

Is it possible to change the position of the email address and first name input fields? Yes, all you need is to drag the field in the Signup form editor.

Is it possible to add check-boxes with multiple answers instead of the radio buttons with a single response to Signup forms? As for now, Signup forms created in Omnisend can collect single-value responses only. Alternatively, you may set up the signup forms in 3rd party applications passing comma-separated values with multiple answers.
