HTML emails, may not only enhance your emails with dynamic content but also help you structure the message, underline the essential information. While with the plain text emails, it's even more critical but requires an extra effort.
For a better result, we recommend following the next recommendations:
- Use parenting structure, underlying essential content with clearly separate headings. You can use CAPS or the different types of marking — add asterisks or caret symbols.
- Separate your texts with white spaces by adding line breaks between different sections, headlines, and CTAs.
- Use Bullet points.
- Add clear CTA, write your links in new lines to underline the importance of the link.
Don't make your plain text email too long and use it when you need to deliver the critical information. Plain text emails have better credibility, so don't overuse them and make sure they bring some value to your contacts.
