Omnisend offers five different pricing plans for different stages of your business: Starter, Trial, Free, Standard, and Pro. They differ in the features offered and the amount of emails you can send per month to help you start and grow your business.
This plan is the most basic one and is available for new accounts without any connected site. Starter becomes available to you the second you create a new and non-connected Omnisend account (learn more about different integration levels). It gives you 50 email credits per month to test Omnisend out, allows you to create and send a campaign, use basic form of segmentation.

Trial is automatically activated once you connect your store to your Omnisend account and is valid for 14 days (credit card not required). If you are using Shopify, Bigcommerce or Tictail, this happens immediately you install your app. For other platforms Trial is enabled once your site is connected to your Omnisend account.
Trial allows you to test all features of a Pro plan with just a couple of exceptions:
- Omnisend branding on emails and signup forms cannot be hidden
- Email credits are limited to 15000 per month and 2000 per day
Once your 14 days Trial is over, you are automatically brought to the Free plan with no additional charges. You can the decide, which pricing plan you want to go with for your business.
Free plan is available for all Omnisend users and is enabled automatically after the 14 day Trial (if you do not sign up for a paid plan during the Trial).
Free plan allows you to use all core email marketing features with very little limit. Here is what you get:

- Bigger sending limits
Standard pricing plan is available as both monthly and a yearly plan. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
Pro is the pricing plan with the most capabilities, tailored for seasoned marketers looking for personalization and sales at scale. Along with everything from Standard pricing plan, Pro includes these additional features and services:
- Advanced Segmentation (with filters)
- Facebook Custom Audience sync
- Google Ads Customer Match sync
- Migration services (to help you migrate from other solutions to Omnisend)

How do Standard and Pro plans work?
Both paid plans are a month-to-month subscription services with monthly or annual payments. Monthly payment works as a once a month charge based on two numbers:
- current number of subscribers,
- non-subscribed contacts that received automated emails in the last 30 days.

What are the billing tiers?
Omnisend pricing is based on the billing tiers. We automatically adjust the billing tier as your list grows or shrinks. Take into account that after the first payment your monthly billing tier will be counted based on two numbers - your current number of subscribers and non-subscribed contacts that received automated emails in the last 30 days.
Will I be charged once the free trial ends?
Unless you choose to upgrade to the Standard or Pro plan, we won’t charge you when your trial ends. You’ll automatically be subscribed to the Free plan and can then upgrade to Standard or Pro whenever you want.
Do you count subscribers twice if I add them to two different lists?
We don't charge you for duplicate subscribers. Unlike other email marketing platforms, we count your subscribers only once, no matter how many lists they belong to.
What if I need to send more than my limit?
No worries—if you exceed your email sending limit on the Free or Standard plan, you can manually refill your email credits by updating your billing cycle right from your account. Users on the Pro plan can send unlimited emails per month; however, fair use policy applies in order to comply with our anti-spam policy.
What's the difference in price between yearly and monthly plans?
With the yearly plan we charge you the full amount for a year with a 20% discount. This way, you get all the features and email credits for only 80% of the price. Choose the monthly option if you want to be charged on a monthly basis instead.
In what currency will you charge me?
All payments in Omnisend are processed in USD ($). Prices do not include VAT.
I want to send SMS messages. How will I be charged?
You’ll be charged based on how much you use. The exact amount depends on the number of SMS messages you send and the recipient’s country. You can find the list of supported countries and price per SMS in Omnisend by going to Account > Billing > SMS pricing.
When can I expect to get an Account Manager?
If you're on a Pro plan, you're automatically assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Customers on a Standard plan with a sizeable subscriber list can also qualify for this service.

In unfortunate cases where you need to downgrade your plan, it can be done through your Account Settings. Once you are on your Pricing plan page (My Account > Billing > Pricing page), click Change your plan to initiate the cancellation wizard.
Self-cancellation wizard is there to help you make up your mind and provide some feedback on what could have been done better or what made you decide to downgrade.
Once you answer a couple of quick questions, your downgrade to Free will be confirmed. You will still have your paid plan (Standard or Pro) until the end of your current billing cycle, but once it ends, you will no longer be billed and your account will be brought back to Free plan.
IMPORTANT: Starting October 10, 2018 downgrading all paid accounts for Tictail to a Free plan automatically closes the account as only paid accounts are supported on Tictail. Learn more about these changes.
