You can access your Omnisend account in two ways: by using Single Sign-On (SSO) through your Shopify or BigCommerce store, or by logging in directly via the Omnisend login page with your email and password.
If you’ve forgotten your password, this article will guide you through the steps to reset it and recover access to your account.
Before You Begin
If you created your Omnisend account through an eCommerce platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce, your Omnisend login email is the same as the email address used for your store.
Make sure you have access to the inbox of this email address, as the password recovery email will be sent there.
Recover Your Password
Step 1. Go to the Omnisend login page → click Forgot your password.
Step 2. You will be redirected to the password reset page, where you need to add your email address → click Send recovery link.
If you created your Omnisend account through your ecommerce store, use the same email address you use to log in to your store. For example, if you sign in to your Shopify admin with [email protected], your Omnisend account is registered under that same email address.
Step 3. Check your inbox for the password reset email → click the Reset password button.
If you’re unable to find the email in your main inbox, check your Spam, Promotions, and Social folders as well.
