What You Can Report
Submit findings if you:
Found a bug or UX issue that doesn't block you completely but should be fixed (e.g., broken flows, unexpected behavior, confusing navigation).
Spotted typos, unclear copy, or confusing instructions in the product.
Noticed unexpected behavior that negatively impacts the user experience.
Examples of valid submissions:
Typo in Automation Workflow tooltip.
Button doesn't respond on the first click in the Email Campaign editor.
Confusing labeling in Signup Form settings.

How to Participate
Step 1. Submit your findings through our bounty form.
Step 2. We'll review your submission within 14 business days.
Step 3. If your report qualifies, you'll receive a reward decision within 5 working days of the review.
Step 4. Once confirmed, allow an additional 5 business days to receive your prize.
Note: Not all submissions will be fixed immediately. We prioritize based on impact and scope.
Rewards & Timing
Each valid submission receives a reward based on impact and quality:
Amazon Gift Card, or
PayPal cash transfer
Reward type and value are determined by the Omnisend team.
Timeline:
Submission review: Up to 14 business days.
Reward decision: 5 working days after review.
Reward delivery: 5 business days after confirmation.
💡 You can still earn rewards for valid findings even if the fix is scheduled for a future release.

What happens if someone else already reported my bug?
We'll share the ticket creation date. Duplicate submissions don't qualify for rewards, but we appreciate your effort.
Can I submit multiple reports?
Yes. Each unique, valid submission is reviewed separately.
How do I know if my report qualifies?
We'll notify you within 14 business days with a decision.
