Connect it to Omnisend to automatically sync your mobile app email subscribers – perfect for growing your Omnisend audience with mobile app users.
Before You Begin
The integration is available on all Omnisend plans.
You need an active SimiCart Pro plan for this integration to be available.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for SimiCart → click Connect now.
Omnisend generates a secure API Key upon connection request - Copy it, you'll need it in the next step.
Step 2. Go to your SimiCart app in Shopify Admin and navigate to the Features tab. Then, find Omnisend Email Subscription → click Configure.
Step 3. In the Configuration screen:
Paste your Omnisend API key in the API token field.
Click on Check the connection to test the connection.
Once successful, switch the toggle to Enable the integration.
Click Save.
And that's it! Once connected, your SimiCart mobile app email subscribers will sync to Omnisend.
Optional steps:
Add/Edit contact tags
In the Omnisend Email Subscription configuration screen, below the API token field, you can add custom contact tags you'd like to sync with the collected subscribers.
Edit mobile email subscription pop-up:
In the Omnisend Email Subscription configuration screen, switch to the Theme setting tab. Set the Title, Description, Input placeholder, Text color, and Background color for the pop-up. Once done, save the changes.
What Data Is Passed
Simcart syncs the following contact fields to Omnsiend:
Email address
Subscription status (subscribed)
Custom contact tags
Important Notes:
Data from Simicart is synced to Omnisend in near real-time.
The integration only syncs subscriptions completed after the integration is made. Past subscribers won't be imported.
Ensure GDPR-compliant consent is collected within Simicart for marketing communications.
