Leat is a customer engagement platform that combines form building, lead capture, and loyalty programs into a single tool. Create custom forms, surveys, and quizzes to collect visitor information, while rewarding customers with points, rewards, and referral incentives.
Connect Leat to Omnisend to automatically sync form submissions as contacts and trigger email or SMS workflows – perfect for lead nurturing, welcome sequences, loyalty campaigns, and personalized follow-ups based on form responses and customer activity.
Before You Begin
The integration is available on all Omnisend plans.
Leat sends form submissions to Omnisend in real time via webhooks.
Setup Process
Step 1. Go to the App Market in Omnisend, find the Leat app, and click the Connect Now button.
Step 2. Paste your access token from Leat. Access token can be generated in Leat's settings here.
Step 3. In the next step, we'll generate the webhook's URL under the selected automation. Copy that URL and paste it in Leat here. After it's pasted, make sure to save the changes in Leat and Omnisend.
And that's it! Once the form is submitted, contact will be passed to Omnisend.
What Data Is Passed
Currently, we sync only email addresses via forms with a non-subscribed status to Omnisend. However, we trigger few custom events:
Custom Event Name | Description |
Leat - Voucher Redeemed | Triggered when a voucher is redeemed by contact |
Leat - Tier Reached | Triggered when higher tier is reached (event triggers only when higher tier is reached) |
Leat - Referral Completed | Triggered when referral is completed (contact who's referring will be synced to Omnisend and will trigger an event) |
