Fourthwall is a creator commerce platform that helps you sell merchandise, memberships, and digital products directly to your audience. Connect it to Omnisend to trigger email and SMS workflows in real time when supporters purchase memberships, change plans, or place orders – perfect for welcoming new members, re-engaging lapsed supporters, and automating post-purchase follow-ups.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → Search for Fourthwall → Click Connect now.
Step 2. You'll be redirected to Fourthwall to authorize the connection. Log in to your Fourthwall account and click Allow Access.
Step 3. You'll see a list of supported integration features. Enable the ones you want to use:
Membership Purchased – A supporter starts a new membership.
Membership Changed – A supporter upgrades, downgrades, or modifies their membership plan.
Membership Expired – A supporter's membership lapses or is not renewed.
Order Placed – A supporter places an order on your Fourthwall storefront.
And that's it! Once enabled, Fourthwall events will start triggering in Omnisend.
What Data Is Passed
The table below lists the custom events Fourthwall sends to Omnisend.

FAQ
Can I sync historical membership or order data?
No, the integration only syncs events that occur after you connect Fourthwall. Past activity won't trigger events.
What if a contact already exists in Omnisend?
Omnisend updates the existing contact profile with the latest data from Fourthwall.
What happens if I disconnect Fourthwall?
Past events remain on contact profiles, but new activity won't be synced to Omnisend.
Why didn't my workflow trigger after a Fourthwall event?
Check the following:
The integration feature is enabled in Step 3 of setup.
The supporter has an email address in Fourthwall.
If both are confirmed and the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect the Fourthwall integration. If it still doesn't work, contact our Support team.
