Vibe is an advertising platform for managing advertisers and audiences. It gives you a central place to organize the audience groups used in your advertising activities.
Connect Vibe with Omnisend to sync contacts from an Omnisend segment to a selected Vibe advertiser.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have access to the Vibe advertiser you want to connect.
Have a segment already created in Omnisend with Vibe in its name.
You can select only one advertiser during the OAuth connection.
A new audience is created in Vibe after every sync. Please keep this behavior in mind when you review and manage your audiences.
⚠️ Important: You can select only one advertiser during setup. If you select more than one advertiser, the integration will not work. You’ll need to reinstall the Vibe app and reconnect it.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Vibe → click Connect Now.
Step 2. You’ll be redirected to Vibe to authorize the connection. Log in to your Vibe account and click Allow Access.
Step 3. When prompted, select the advertiser you want to connect to Omnisend. Select one advertiser only. Please don't select multiple advertisers. If you select more than one, the integration will not work, and you’ll need to reinstall the Vibe app.
Step 4. After you select the advertiser, you’ll be redirected back to Omnisend. You'll see 1 integration feature – Sync audience. Make sure to enable it and save the changes.
Step 5. If not created yet, create a segment in Omnisend with Vibe in the segment name. Vibe uses Contacts from the Omnisend segment that includes the Vibe keyword in its name.
And that's it! Contacts will be passed every day at 9 AM EST.
What Data Is Passed
Vibe receives Contacts from the Omnisend segment with the Vibe keyword. The integration syncs the Contacts included in the matching segment. The sync runs once per day at 9 AM EST.
