Before You Begin
Use clear email and SMS consent messaging appropriate for the shopper’s region in your Rep AI "Subscribe & Get a Discount Power-Up" flow.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Rep AI → click Connect now.
Step 2. Click Copy API Key and save it securely. Omnisend will not display the full key again after you close the screen.
Step 3. In the Rep AI Console, go to Settings → Integrations.
Step 4. Select the Marketing tab, find Omnisend, and click Connect.
Step 5. In the Connect to Omnisend window, paste the Omnisend API key and click Connect.
Step 6. On the Omnisend integration card, find Subscribe & Get a Discount and click Add Power-Up.
Step 7. Under Customer Details to Collect, set Email, Phone, and Name to Required, Optional, or Off according to the information you want Rep AI to request.
Step 8. Under Discount, optionally click + Select Discount and choose a static discount code from your Shopify store. Skip this selection if you do not want to offer a discount.
Step 9. Click Add Power-Up to save and activate the subscription flow.
Step 10. Open the Rep AI widget in a test session, complete the subscription flow with a new test email address or phone number, then verify the contact under Audience → Contacts in Omnisend.
What Data Is Passed
When a shopper completes the subscription flow, Rep AI sends the configured contact and subscription information to Omnisend.

FAQ
When does the subscription flow appear?
The Subscribe & Get a Discount chip can appear when a shopper opens the Rep AI widget or when Rep AI proactively starts a conversation. The flow can also begin when the shopper asks about discounts or newsletter sign-up.
What should I check when a contact does not sync?
Check the following:
The API key is correct and active, and it has the required contact access.
The selected Omnisend list still exists.
The shopper submitted a valid email address or phone number.
