Redeemly is a Shopify app for issuing and managing customer store credit. Connect Redeemly to Omnisend to sync store credit information and trigger Automation Workflows when credit is rewarded, scheduled, or close to expiring.

Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Redeemly → click Connect Now.
Step 2. In Redeemly, open Integrations and find Omnisend. Click Connect next to Omnisend → Authorize access
After the connection is completed, Redeemly can sync supported store credit properties and events to Omnisend.
What Data Is Passed

Custom Property name | Description |
redeemly_currency_code | The currency used for the customer’s store credit balance, such as USD. |
redeemly_balance | The customer’s store credit balance amount. |
redeemly_formatted_balance | The customer’s store credit balance in a formatted amount, such as $36.85. |
Custom Events
Custom Event Name | Description |
Redeemly – Store Credit Rewarded | Triggered when store credit is issued to a customer. This event isn’t triggered by segment campaigns. |
Redeemly – Segment Campaign Credit Rewarded | Triggered when a segment campaign rewards a customer for entering or leaving a segment. |
Redeemly – Store Credit Scheduled | Triggered when store credit is scheduled for a customer. |
Redeemly – Store Credit Expiration Threshold | Triggered 1, 3, or 7 days before a customer’s store credit is about to expire. |
