Learn how to integrate Manifest AI with Omnisend

Manifest AI adds a ChatGPT AI chat to your Shopify store that answers customer queries, organizes a quiz, recommends products, and reduces cart drop-offs. It talks to the user in a human-like tone and provides highly personalized product recommendations, leading to increased orders and revenue, and adds a chat with us functionality on your website. There are multiple use cases of Manifest- handling buyer objections, reducing refunds, increasing revenue, increasing AOV, and product recommendations.


Setup Process

Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Manifest AI → click Connect nowCopy API Key.

Step 2. Find the Manifest AI app in your Shopify admin → go to Integrations there → find Omnisend and click on the "+" sign.

Step 3. Click Add integration and paste the API key that was created for you in Omnisend.

Step 4. In Omnisend, check the box "I have completed all steps" and click Confirm.

What Data Is Passed

Once Manifest AI is connected with Omnisend, you can start setting up your chatbot. Here's the list of values that can be passed to Omnisend:

  • Email along with the opt-in date.

Note: No special tags will be created.

Here's the list of custom events that can also be passed.

similarProducts

When a customer clicks on the 'View similar products' CTA sent with product recommendations.

productSearch

When a customer searches for a product.

productDetails

When a customer asks for details about a particular product.

linkClicked

When a product recommendation is clicked.

widgetClicked

When a customer engages with an AI nudge.

Rest assured, more events will be created and passed going forward.

Setting Up Your First Chatbot

Step 1. In order to collect and further sync email addresses from your chatbot to Omnisend, in your Manifest AI admin, go to the Customize section → Behavior settings → enable asking for emails at the beginning of the conversation.

Don't forget to click "Save and publish" in the top right corner before moving on.

Step 2. Once you submitted your email in the chat, you either asked your question or selected one of the pre-made questions. Your contact should appear in Omnisend under AudienceContacts.

Step 3. You can create a custom workflow with one of the custom events passed from Manifest AI in order to follow up with your contacts.
