Troubleshoot login and functionality problems in Omnisend by enabling third-party cookies in your browser

This Help Center article explains how to enable third-party cookies in different web browsers so that certain Omnisend features (like logging in) work correctly.


Specific Omnisend features, such as logging in, require your browser to accept third-party cookies (our email marketing platform works under the omnisend.com domain).

Cookies are pieces of data stored by web browsers that websites and applications can use to remember a web browser from one request to the next. They enable features such as shopping carts and user account logins to function.

Many web browsers distinguish between first-party and third-party cookies. First-party cookies are created by the web server identified by the address shown in the browser's address bar.

Third-party cookies can be created when content is loaded from domains other than the one shown in the address bar (in our case, omnisend.com).

Some browsers allow users to decide whether to accept third-party cookies. To configure your browser to allow third-party cookies, follow the instructions for your chosen browser.

Google Chrome

1. Go to Chrome's settings.

2. In the menu on the left, select Privacy & Security, third-party cookies. 

3. Enable then allow third-party cookies option. 

Opera

  1. Go to Opera's settings.

  2. Click Privacy & security. Uncheck Block third-party cookies and site data.

Safari

  1. Open Safari, click Safari in the top navigation bar, and choose Settings.

  2. Select the Privacy tab.

  3. Turn off Prevent cross-site tracking to block third-party cookies.


Microsoft Edge

1. In your browser window, open Settings and tap Cookies and Site permissions.

2. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.

3. From there, you can manage your cookie preferences.
