Before You Start

Required Permissions

As it happens with any integration, certain permissions are required to make all the features work correctly. When connecting your BigCommerce store with Omnisend for the first time, you will be asked to grant permissions for Omnisend.

Don't worry! We are not going to modify your store's content. View and modify site content means we will be able to add some additional code in specific pages that will allow us to track and collect the required data, so our features perform properly, and you will be able to take full advantage of all of them. This is essential to have all the tracking, automation, and reporting to work properly.

Once you confirm these permissions, you will be able to finish the integration and start enjoying Omnisend in full.
