Judge.me powers product reviews for your ecommerce store. The integration automatically sends review data (title, body, rating, product name) to Omnisend as custom contact fields.
Note: This integration is only applicable for Shopify stores.
Before You Begin
You need a Shopify store with Judge.me installed.
You need admin access to both Judge.me and Omnisend.
⚠️ Important: This integration only works for new reviews submitted after you enable it. It does not sync old reviews.

Setup process
Step 1: Create an API Key in Omnisend.
In Omnisend, go to → Apps → Search for Judge.me → Click on Connect Now.
After clicking Connect, an API key will be generated. Click Copy to save the key.
Step 2: Connect Judge.me to Omnisend.
In your Judge.me admin dashboard, go to Settings → Integrations → Email Marketing Integration → Omnisend. Paste the API Key you copied from Omnisend → Click Save settings.
Step 3: Confirm the Integration in Omnisend.
Return to Omnisend → Check the confirmation box to verify all steps are complete → Click Confirm.
What Data is Synced
Once the integration is set, Judge.me will start sending the following data to Omnisend as custom contact fields:
judge.me_review_body: Content of the review
judge.me_review_title: Title of the review
judge.me_review_rating: Rating number (1–5)
judge.me_review_product_title: Product name where the review was submitted
These fields appear in your Omnisend contact profiles under Custom Properties. You can use them to create segments or add dynamic content to your campaigns
Note: Only new reviews submitted after setting the integration will sync to Omnisend.
FAQ
Can I collect Judge.me reviews via Omnisend emails?
It's unfortunately not possible to collect Judge.me reviews via Omnisend emails. You need to use Judge.me review request emails instead.
Will imported reviews and reviews created by admin trigger the integration?
No. Imported reviews and admin-created reviews won't trigger the Omnisend integration. Only new customer-submitted reviews are synced.
What happens if the contact who has written the review isn't in my Omnisend audience?
The review data is only sent if the customer's email matches a Contact in your Omnisend audience. If the customer used a different email for the review, the data won't sync.
Will Judge.me send the review data even if it's not published?
Yes. Judge.me sends all review data to Omnisend, regardless of whether the review is published or pending moderation.
