Omnisend now has an MCP integration that connects AI assistants like ChatGPT directly to your account. You can ask questions about your data in plain language and get live answers in seconds – no exports, no dashboard navigation.
This makes it faster to gain insights, analyze performance, and make data-driven decisions without leaving your ChatGPT conversation.

SMS Price Drop
We’ve lowered our SMS pricing, with rates now starting at $0.007 per message. The new rates are available on the latest Pro plan.
You can choose what works best for your store: switch to the latest Pro plan for our lowest SMS pricing, or stay on your current plan with no changes to your SMS rates.

Custom Fonts in Email Builder
Great news! You can now upload and use your own brand fonts across email campaigns.
Say goodbye to being limited by system and web fonts. Upload your custom fonts and apply them across your email content to ensure full visual consistency with your brand. Whether you're a design-focused business or an agency managing multiple brands, this gives you the creative control you need – without adding complexity to the builder.
Edit Emails in Mobile and Desktop View
We've made mobile editing so much easier! You can now switch to mobile edit view directly in the Email Builder to preview and edit the mobile version in real time.
No more jumping back and forth to preview & test to check how your columns stack. Make changes on the fly and see exactly how your emails will look on mobile devices – all without leaving the editor.
Improved Product Picker Sorting
Finding products just got faster! We've improved sorting in the product picker modal to help you locate exactly what you need, when you need it.
Sort products by name, date, or other attributes – making it easier to scan and select, especially if you're working with a large catalog. Spend less time searching and more time creating campaigns that convert.
Ecommerce Integrations
Cookie Consent Management (All Platforms)
We're giving you the tools you need to stay compliant with GDPR and ePrivacy regulations. A new "Manage tracking cookies" setting is now available in Settings → Connected Store, offering two modes:
Track visitors before they consent (default) – cookies load when a visitor opens the site.
Wait for consent before tracking – no tracking cookies are placed until the visitor explicitly accepts them via the cookie banner.
This update gives you peace of mind and the controls you need to operate compliantly in the EU and beyond.
Contact Data Sync via API (WooCommerce)
Your WooCommerce store just got a performance boost! Contact data now syncs via the Omnisend API instead of the WooCommerce plugin. This removes the performance burden from your store and paves the way for unified data sync across all ecommerce platforms. After this change, only product sync remains in the plugin.
Note: If you're on an older plugin version, you may experience double sync load. We recommend updating to the latest version for the smoothest experience.

Forms List & Forms Reports API (Beta)
Calling all developers and data enthusiasts! A new Forms API is now available in beta, giving you access to forms lists, form contacts, and A/B test performance data that matches what you see in the Omnisend app.

GET /api/forms/{formID}/report/periodic
GET /api/forms/{formID}/contacts
GET /api/forms/{formID}/ab-setup/reports
Reports are user-friendly and match the data shown in the Omnisend UI. Same filters and dimensions available as in-app – making it easy to pull Forms data into your third-party tools and custom dashboards.
UI & UX Improvements
We continue shipping updates every week to make Omnisend easier and more intuitive to use. This month includes:
SMS Pricing Table Improvements. We've moved the SMS pricing table to a new tab under Pricing and Usage, placing it right next to purchase CTAs for easier access. The table now includes a search bar to quickly find prices for specific countries, and you can sort the Country and Price columns in ascending or descending order. Finding the information you need is now faster than ever.
Improved AI Recommendation Agent. Based on your feedback, we've improved the recommendation agent to better understand what you're asking for and deliver suggestions that stay true to your form's original style and structure.
