We ship new features and improvements every week to help you work faster, reach more customers, and get better results. Here's what's new in June.
Dark Mode
Dark Mode Is Here
Dark Mode is now available across all of Omnisend! Switch to Dark Mode anytime from your Account settings with a simple toggle.
Easier on the eyes during long sessions, more comfortable for late-night work, and a look that feels like your own – Dark Mode is a long-requested update, and we're excited to finally bring it to you.
Please note that this might not be available in your account yet. The feature is being rolled out gradually to all Omnisend users.
Automations
More Accurate Segment-Gated Automations
Omnisend now waits briefly before checking whether a contact meets your segment conditions when entering an Automation. This gives segment data time to update, so the right contacts enter the right workflows.
What this means for you:
No action needed – This happens automatically in the background. There are no changes to the Omnisend interface.
More accurate entries – Contacts who qualify for a segment, such as first-time buyers, now reliably enter the correct Automation.
Fewer incorrect entries – Repeat buyers no longer slip into first-time buyer workflows due to a data timing gap.
This applies to Automations that use segments in trigger filters, audience filters, and conditional splits.
Signup Forms
Mobile Editing in Forms Builder
You can now make basic edits to your forms directly from a mobile device. No need to switch to the desktop for every small adjustment.
The current mobile experience is intentionally lightweight and supports core editing actions.
Note: Desktop remains the recommended environment for the full form building experience.
Reports
Reports AI – Ask Questions About Your Performance (Beta)
We're introducing Reports AI, a new in-app chat assistant (Beta) that answers your questions about your Omnisend performance in plain language – no dashboards to decode, no numbers to stitch together yourself.
Important: this feature is in Beta. Reports AI (Beta) is available to all paying Omnisend users.
Open it directly from Dashboard Overview and ask things like:
"How did my last campaign perform?"
"Why is my revenue lower than last month?"
"Summarize how my automations are doing."
The assistant reads your own Omnisend data and writes back a clear, plain-language answer. It's available across Reports → Sales, Reports → Products, Reports → Campaigns, and Reports → Automations, with predefined prompt suggestions to help you get started quickly.
What the assistant can see:
Sales, campaign, and automation performance across all channels
Audience growth data
What's out of scope: Forms data, workflow builder statistics, and back-in-stock report data.
Please note that the assistant only reads your data – it cannot change campaigns, segments, automations, or any settings, and it only uses your own Omnisend data.
Reports AI is powered by OpenAI. AI can make mistakes, and suggestions may occasionally be off or oversimplified. Use recommendations as a starting point, not a definitive answer.
Attribution Setting Now Available in Dashboard Overview
You can now control how revenue is attributed directly from Dashboard Overview → Sales Performance – no need to switch to Reports first.
The attribution setting is now shared across three places: Dashboard Overview, Sales Reports, and Product Reports, so changing it in one place updates it everywhere. This keeps your sales data interpretation consistent and makes it easier to compare results across reporting pages.
Deliverability
SMS Sender ID Registration – Finland, Spain & Australia
If you send branded SMS to contacts in Finland, Spain, or Australia, regulators in these markets now require Sender IDs to be registered before use.
We've built the registration workflow directly into Omnisend – just go to Store Settings → SMS to get started. Omnisend submits the registration on your behalf.
Key deadlines:
Finland – enforcement started May 4, 2026. Unregistered Sender IDs display as "Unknown" to recipients.
Spain – enforcement started June 7, 2026. Unregistered Sender IDs are blocked entirely.
Australia – enforcement starts July 1, 2026. Unregistered Sender IDs will be labeled "Unverified."
Integrations
New Integration: Canva
Big news for anyone who designs their marketing visuals in Canva! You can now connect Canva to Omnisend and have your designs sync automatically to your Omnisend Image Library – no manual downloading or uploading required.
Create a dedicated Omnisend folder in your Canva Projects, add your designs, and they'll appear in your Image Library ready to use in campaigns and automation emails. You can set up auto-sync every 12 hours or trigger a manual sync whenever you need it.
Klaviyo Segments Migration – Now Self-Serve
You can now import your Klaviyo segments directly into Omnisend. Go to Apps → Klaviyo Data Import Tool to get started.
Other Integrations
We've also added two new integrations to the App Market:
Buy Again & Reorder Reminders – Help customers reorder previously bought products with 1-click reorder, reorder reminders via Omnisend, and "buy again" touchpoints across the customer journey.
StockIQ – Manage out-of-stock products, collect back-in-stock subscribers, and trigger automated back-in-stock emails when products or variants become available again.
UI & UX Improvements
June brings a wide range of usability improvements across Omnisend. Here are some of the highlights – and there's plenty more to discover as you explore the app:
Clearer, more actionable error messages. Error messages across the app are now more descriptive, consistent, and helpful. You'll get context-aware guidance on what went wrong and how to fix it, and you can open support chat directly from error messages, with relevant details pre-filled.
Mobile-friendly Email Editor. We've improved the Email Editor experience on mobile devices. Side panels are hidden on mobile, text editing is available for quick on-the-go changes, and a notice sets clear expectations that the full experience is best on desktop.
Forms AI updates. Generated form options now appear in a carousel, making it easier to browse, compare, and choose between results. AI forms features are available on paid plans.
SMS settings split into two sections. SMS Setup and Sending Rules are now separate pages, making it easier to navigate after the addition of new Sender Name settings.
Domain & sender setup improvements. You now see a confirmation message after completing domain verification. You can go back and adjust your sender email setup if you picked the wrong option, and toll-free number verification now saves your progress so you can continue from where you stopped.
Smarter segment creation mid-campaign. Create a new segment from the audience selector in Campaigns, and it appears in the dropdown automatically – no page refresh needed. If no segments are selected, both the Include and Exclude fields now show a clear + Create segment prompt.
Faster segment building on large stores. Contact counts no longer flicker during segment builds, and you can adjust a segment without waiting for the previous build to finish.
Automation Builder UX improvements. A set of UX improvements in the Automation Builder to make setup steps clearer and more consistent.
Reports UX improvements. Updates to graph components, metric cards, and Audience Growth chart defaults for a cleaner, more consistent reporting experience.
And that's not all! As you explore our app, you'll discover a variety of UI improvements that aim to make your journey more seamless and enjoyable.
