Learn how to sync Lapio customer segments to Omnisend

Lapio helps Shopify stores rank customers by their likelihood to generate future revenue, so you can focus marketing spend on the customers most likely to buy again. With the Lapio and Omnisend integration, Lapio syncs customer segments to Omnisend, making it easier to target the right contacts with campaigns and automations.

Lapio continuously analyzes your Shopify order data and creates customer rankings based on future revenue likelihood. These rankings are synced to Omnisend as segments that you can use for more focused marketing.

Before You Begin

To use the Lapio integration with Omnisend, you need:

  • A Lapio account.

  • A Shopify store connected to Lapio (Lapio currently supports Shopify only).

  • An Omnisend account.

  • Permission to complete the Omnisend OAuth flow.

Setup Process

Step 1. Go to https://app.lapio.ai and log in to your Lapio account.

Step 2. Make sure your Shopify store is connected to Lapio. Once connected, Lapio analyzes your store's order data and generates contact rankings.

Step 3. In Lapio, open the Integrations tab from the sidebar.

Step 4. Find Omnisend and start the connection process.

Step 5. Complete the Omnisend OAuth flow to permit Lapio to sync customer data to Omnisend.

Once connected, Lapio runs a scheduled daily sync to create and update contact segments in Omnisend.

How It Works

After integration, Lapio automatically creates and updates three segments in Omnisend based on customer rankings of future revenue likelihood.

These segments can be used in Omnisend to target different customer groups with more relevant marketing campaigns and automations. For example, you can allocate more budget to customers who are likely to buy again, or create separate messaging for customers with lower future revenue potential.

Lapio handles all analysis and segment updates automatically. You can use these segments directly in Omnisend to send more relevant campaigns and personalize automation workflows.
