Manage Your Omnisend Signup Forms

Learn how to manage your Omnisend forms individually or apply bulk actions.

Written by Chaymae

The Forms list gives you a central place to find, organize, and take action on all your Signup Forms. You can filter and search to locate a form quickly, then manage it individually or alongside others in bulk.

Filter and Search Your Forms

Use the filters and search bar at the top of the Forms list to narrow your results:

  • Type – Filter by form type: Popup, Landing page, Embedded, or Flyout.

  • Status – Filter by form status: Enabled, Disabled, or Draft.

  • Date – Select a time range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Show all time data.

  • Search – Enter a form name to find a specific form.

Track Form Performance at a Glance

The Forms list displays key information for each form. The following columns are available:

  • Form Name – The name of your form. Forms with an active A/B test show "Draft A/B test setup" below the name.

  • Type – The form type: Popup, Landing page, Embedded, or Flyout.

  • Status – The current state: Enabled, Disabled, or Draft.

  • Date – The date the form was last modified or created.

  • Views – The number of times the form was displayed to visitors.

  • Interaction rate – The percentage of viewers who interacted with the form.

  • Submit rate – The percentage of views that resulted in a form submission (submissions ÷ views). This includes both new contacts and existing subscribers.

  • Signup rate – The percentage of viewers who became new contacts.

To choose which columns appear, click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the table and select or deselect columns under Customize data.
