To view the Click Map for your newsletter, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the "Reports";

  2. Select the sent newsletter that you want to analyze from the list of available reports;

  3. Click on the " View Clickmap" button located in the right top corner. It's important to note that this link will only appear if there are clicks present in the newsletter.

With Click Map, you can quickly and easily identify the areas of your newsletter that are most engaging to your audience. The statistics are presented clearly and concisely, enabling you to see at a glance which elements of your newsletter are the most successful.

We offer several tools to help you analyze the performance of your email campaigns. These tools include the option to see Click Summary, display Unique or Total clicks for links in the email, use different sorting options, and the “cold-to-hot” coloring theme for an easy visual representation of clicks.

Different colors on the email content reflect the distribution of clicks. The number of clicks is expressed in numbers and percentages.

On the right-side menu, we provide the Click Summary and Link Activity reports, which provide valuable insights into the performance of your campaign.

Click Summary report includes metrics such as the Campaign’s Click rate, Emails sent, and Contacts who clicked.

💡 Unique clicks show how many contacts clicked each link, while total clicks show how many times each link got clicked.

Link Activity report also allows easier analysis and comparison of all of the tracked links in the email. With this report, you can sort the links in the table by order in the email, most clicked, and least clicked. By clicking on a specific link in the table, you'll see link details as well as its highlighted placement in the email.

By clicking on a specific link in the table, you will also see its highlighted placement in the email for easy navigation.

All of these features work together to provide you with a comprehensive view of your email campaign performance, enabling you to identify trends and areas for improvement. By using these tools in conjunction with the Click Map feature, you'll have everything you need to optimize your email marketing strategy and maximize engagement with your audience.
