Subject Line & Preheader
What Omnisend Agent does: Creates optimized subject lines and preheaders tailored to your campaign goals.
Why it matters: Subject lines are your campaign's front door. Strong ones increase open rates and protect your sender reputation. Using AI helps you quickly generate compelling lines while enabling easier A/B testing.
How to use it:
In the Email Settings, click on the AI icon next to the subject or preheader.
Add campaign context (e.g., "last chance," "new arrivals").
Review suggestions and select or tweak.
💡 Tip: If you've already filled in the subject line, Omnisend Agent in the preheader will automatically suggest preheaders without requiring extra input.
Email Text Optimization
Omnisend Agent helps you improve the text in your emails by identifying potential issues and suggesting changes. You can also open Agent directly to rewrite, translate, or refine your content using your own prompts.
Review Automatic Text Suggestions
What Omnisend Agent does: Recommends improvements to email content, including grammar, tone, and brand voice.
Why it matters: Inconsistent tone of voice, clunky language, or awkward phrasing can erode trust, even in high-performing campaigns. Omnisend Agent ensures every message aligns with your brand and reads smoothly, which boosts clarity, confidence, and conversion.
How to use it:
In the Email Builder, click into a text block.
Check Omnisend Agent in the right panel and click Reveal Agent suggestion to review inline improvements.
Apply, reject, or regenerate suggestions.

Edit Email Text with Prompts
What Omnisend Agent does: It generates texts in your brand voice based on prompts and past campaign content.
Why it matters: Writing from scratch slows teams down. Direct copywriting bridges the gaps between performance and creativity, especially helpful during seasonal surges or while onboarding new team members.
How to use it:
Click "Omnisend Agent" when adding a text block to your email content or in an existing text block.
Describe your campaign's goal with a prompt (e.g., “VIP early access to summer sale”).
Prompt a tone (e.g., friendly, professional) and language use.
Customize and review the suggested draft.

Dynamic Personalized Product Recommender
What Omnisend Agent does: Dynamically inserts personalized product blocks into campaigns and automations.
Why it matters: Product recommendations increase click-through and conversion by matching offers to customer intent. Personalization drives relevance, and relevance drives revenue. Remember, customers don’t want generic. This tool helps you speak to multiple audiences in one campaign, reducing send fatigue and improving engagement.
How to use it:
Drag&drop a Product Recommender Item to your email.
Choose one of the personalized options: recently viewed or similar to past purchases.
Omnisend Agent will populate product content per recipient.
💡 Tip: Ideal for both campaigns and automations.
💬 Learn more: Add & Configure Product Recommender Item.
Campaign Booster
What Omnisend Agent does: Automatically resends your campaign, with a fresh subject line or SMS, to subscribers who didn’t engage the first time.
Why it matters: Not every subscriber opens your emails on the first try. Campaign Booster gives you a second chance to connect, increase open rates, and recover missed revenue, without spamming those who have already engaged.
How it works:
Sends only to contacts who didn’t open or click your first campaign
Can be scheduled during the Review step of campaign setup
Uses different subject lines or SMS content to increase visibility
Sent 48 hours after the original send by default
How to enable it:
During the Review step, toggle on Campaign Booster.
Choose the channel: Email or SMS.
For email boosters, the content copies over automatically, but you can click Edit Content to adjust it.
For SMS boosters, you’ll need to create the message from scratch and ensure recipients are subscribed to the SMS channel.
Set your booster sending rules: resend to non-openers or non-clickers.
Enter a new subject line (important!).
💡 Tips for success:
Use a completely different subject line to avoid fatigue or filtering.
Highlight urgency (“Last chance”) or use a different angle (“You might’ve missed this”).
If you forget to turn on the booster, you’ll have 46 hours post-send to do it manually via the “Boost Campaign” button.

Signup Forms
What it does: Quickly creates or customizes on-brand signup forms using chat prompts.
Why it matters: Building forms from scratch is time-consuming. Omnisend Agent generates layouts, copy, and design in under 2 minutes based on simple prompts like "Create a fall-themed popup offering 10% off for first-time buyers."
How to use it:
Go to Forms → Create Form (paid plans only).
Describe your form's goal and theme (e.g., "summer sale popup with 15% discount for newsletter signup").
Omnisend Agent generates the form in under 2 minutes. Preview it and click Edit in Form Builder to customize.
What it can create:
All types of forms.
Seasonal variations (copy an existing form and ask AI to "transform it into a Christmas promotion").
Multi-field forms with custom headlines, CTAs, and images.
Display and targeting settings.
Contact tags.
Post-submission redirect URLs.
Note: Omnisend Agent for Forms is available only on paid plans. If you can't click on AI options, check that:
You're on a paid plan (Settings → Billing)
Your store is connected (Settings → Store Integration)
You can also generate images with Omnisend Agent inside the Form Builder.

Segments
What Omnisend Agent does: Builds customer segments from simple, plain-language prompts using AI and guides you through refinement if needed.
Why it matters: Audience targeting is where email success begins. But manually building segments can be time-consuming. Omnisend Agent translates your intent (like “VIPs who haven’t purchased this month”) into precise, usable rules, helping you reach the right people faster.
How to use it:
Go to Audience → Create Segment.
Type your audience description (e.g., “customers who made at least two purchases but didn’t open the last campaign”) → click Generate Segment.
Omnisend Agent will:
Interpret your intent
Build segment rules automatically
Show you a preview of matching contacts
Ask clarifying follow-up questions if your request is ambiguous
💬 Learn more: Omnisend Agent: Segments.
Customer Breakdown (RFM Analysis)
What Omnisend Agent does: Groups contacts by Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value.
Why it matters: RFM is the gold standard for lifecycle segmentation. It helps you prioritize high-potential groups like VIPs and re-engagement candidates.
How to use it:
Go to Audience → Customer Breakdown
Explore prebuilt segments (e.g., Champions, about to lose). Hover over the segment → click View contacts → click Save segment.
Target them in campaigns or workflows.
Tip 💡 Hover over the segment that you are interested in and click Retention tactics to see suggestions on how to target them.
💡 Customer breakdown also flags customers likely to disengage or unsubscribe. Just like with at-risk customers, customer breakdown also finds your top spenders.

Reports
What Omnisend Agent does: Helps you explore and understand your Omnisend reporting data through natural-language questions.
Why it matters: Instead of manually navigating multiple reports and comparing metrics, you can ask Omnisend Agent questions about your marketing performance and identify trends or areas that need attention.
How to use it:
Go to Reports → Omnisend Agent or access it from any Reports page.
Type a question in plain language (e.g., “Summarize last month's performance”) or select one of the suggested prompts.
Review the generated insights, tables, and recommendations. Ask follow-up questions to explore your data further.
💡 Tip: You can ask questions across different reporting areas in the same conversation, regardless of where you opened Omnisend Agent. Its reporting capabilities are available on paid plans only.
