How to Participate?
To get started, you can submit your findings through our bounty form. We’ll get back to you within 14 business days.
When to Use the Bug Bounty Form
Submit your findings if you:
Found a bug or UX issue that doesn’t block you, but should be fixed.
Spotted typos, unclear copy, or confusing steps.
Noticed unexpected behavior that impacts the experience.
Important to Know
Submitting a bug via the Bug Bounty form does not guarantee it will be fixed immediately. Based on priority and scope, some issues may take time to resolve. However:
You can still be rewarded for valuable findings.
You will receive a prize decision within five working days of submission review.
Awards & Prize Delivery
Each valid and rewarded submission will receive a prize, depending on the contribution. This may be:
An Amazon Gift Card, or
A PayPal cash transfer
Prizes are awarded based on the impact and quality of the report. The type and value of the prize will be decided by the Omnisend team. You will be notified about your reward within 14 business days after your submission has been reviewed and approved. Once confirmed, please allow an additional 5 business days to receive your prize.
