By integrating Zoho CRM with Omnisend, you can automatically sync new or updated contact records from your CRM into your Omnisend audience, ensuring your email and SMS marketing lists stay current without manual imports.

This integration is designed to streamline contact syncing from Zoho CRM to Omnisend. It makes it easy to trigger automations based on up-to-date subscriber data.

Setup Process

Step 1. In Omnisend, go to → Apps → Search for "Zoho CRM" → Click Connect Now.

Step 2. Install scenarios you want to use.

Step 3. During your scenario's installation, authorize your Zoho CRM account.

Step 4. Map all fields from Zoho CRM to corresponding fields in Omnisend. Default fields that are not available in Omnisend can be passed as a custom property or as a custom field in custom events. More about differences can be found by clicking here.

And that's it! Your Zoho CRM account is connected with Omnisend!

What Data is Passed

Whenever new contact is created of existing one is updated, these are the contact fields that are synced:

  • First Name;

  • Last Name;

  • Email;

  • Phone;

  • Custom contact properties.

Additional Notes

  • One-way sync: This integration only sends data from Zoho CRM to Omnisend.

  • Real-time updates: Sync runs automatically shortly after changes are detected in Zoho CRM.

  • No CRM write-back: Data in Omnisend is not pushed back into Zoho CRM.
