Custlo Customer Accounts is a 3rd-party app that helps you manage and enhance customer accounts by offering a more flexible, personalized, and modern login and account experience for your storefront customers.


Benefits

The integration between Custlo Customer Accounts and Omnisend allows you to:

  • Automatically sync custom Shopify customer fields (e.g., preferences, interests, additional information) to Omnisend;

  • Build richer customer profiles;

  • Use custom fields for advanced segmentation and personalized automations.

Setup Process

Step 1. In Omnisend, go to → Apps → Search for "Custlo - Customer Accounts" → Click on "Connect Now" and follow the steps:

Step 2. In Shopify, head over to the "Custlo: Customer Account Pro" app, and scroll down until you find Integrations:

Step 3. Click on "View all" → Click on "Manage" under Omnisend:

Step 4. Click on "Connect":

Step 5. Go back to Omnisend → Tick "I have completed all the steps" → Confirm

And that's it! The integration is now active. Custom fields from Custlo will sync to Omnisend as custom properties.

What Data is Passed

Once you've set up custom fields in your customers' profiles, these fields will be automatically synced to Omnisend as custom properties. The sync occurs whenever customers fill out the fields in their profiles.

You can view the synced data under Contact Profiles in Omnisend, listed as custom properties.

Use Cases

Once your Custlo data is synced to Omnisend, you can:

  • Segment Contacts by Custom Fields. Use the synced custom properties to create targeted segments in Omnisend. For example, if a customer's selected hobby is yoga, you can create a segment of contacts interested in yoga and send relevant content to that group.

  • Send Personalized Messages. Use custom properties as dynamic fields in your email and SMS messages to make them feel more personal. Learn more about Personalization in Omnisend.

  • Trigger Automations. Create automations that start when a contact enters a segment built based on custom properties. Learn more about triggering automation on segment entry.
