Triple Whale is a data analytics and attribution platform for ecommerce brands. It consolidates sales, ad spend, and customer journey data into a single dashboard, helping you analyze ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), LTV (Lifetime Value), and cross-channel performance.
Connecting Omnisend to Triple Whale brings your Campaign and Automation metrics into Triple Whale, enabling side-by-side comparison with other marketing channels for unified, data-driven insights.
Benefits
Integrating Omnisend with Triple Whale allows you to:
See the full picture – View Omnisend Email Campaign and Automation Workflow results alongside data from paid ads, social channels, and other platforms in one dashboard.
Measure true impact – Understand how email and SMS contribute to overall revenue, not just in isolation.
Optimize spend – Identify which channels, audiences, and campaigns drive the highest ROAS and LTV.
Simplify reporting – Unify key metrics (Total Revenue, Campaign Revenue, Workflow Revenue, CTR, Sent, Delivered, Clicks, Unsubscribes, AOV) in one view.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Triple Whale, go to Data → Integrations → Omnisend. Once you find it, click connect.
Step 2. You'll be redirected to Omnisend for access authorization.
Step 3. Enable the toggle (it's off by default).
Step 4. After connection, access your Triple Whale dashboard. You should see Omnisend data tiles. Customize your tiles to show metrics relevant to you.
That's it! Your integration is complete. Triple Whale will now begin syncing your Omnisend data.
Note: Data sync from Omnisend to Triple Whale may take up to a few hours, depending on your account's data volume.

Known Limitations
Currently, there are a few limitations with this integration:
Reporting does not show the best-performing products and segments.
Doesn't show which specific links within an email perform best.
Refunded and canceled orders are not deducted from revenue metrics in either Omnisend or Triple Whale dashboards.
Doesn't show audience growth.
FAQ
How do I know if the integration is working?
After setup, go to your Triple Whale dashboard and confirm Omnisend appears under Data → Integrations with a "Connected" status.
Why don't my Triple Whale and Shopify revenue numbers match?
Triple Whale displays metrics using Omnisend's attribution model, which may differ from your ecommerce platform's native reporting. Omnisend attributes revenue to the last email or SMS interaction within your attribution window, while platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce may use different logic (e.g., last marketing source). This is expected and does not indicate a sync error.
Do refunds and cancellations affect the data in Triple Whale?
No. Refunded and canceled orders are currently not deducted from revenue totals in either Omnisend or Triple Whale dashboards.
How often does Triple Whale update Omnisend data?
After the initial sync, Triple Whale updates data approximately every hour. If you send a campaign or workflow, allow up to 60–90 minutes for the metrics to refresh in your Triple Whale dashboard.
