Polar Analytics is an analytics platform for ecommerce brands that brings data from your store, ad platforms, and marketing tools into one place. Connect Omnisend to Polar Analytics to report on your Omnisend campaigns next to your sales and ad performance, compare campaigns, and see the revenue they bring in.
How It Works
The integration is one-way and read-only: Polar Analytics reads campaign data from Omnisend. It never collects contacts, sends emails, or changes anything in your Omnisend account.
After you connect, Polar Analytics imports your existing campaign history and then keeps it up to date with regular syncs. The first sync can take up to 24 hours.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Polar Analytics → click Connect now → copy the generated API key.
Step 2. In Polar Analytics, go to Connectors and find Omnisend in the Marketing section, or search for it. Click on Connect → paste the API key and click Connect to Polar.
Step 3. Return to Omnisend, check the box I have completed all the steps, and click Confirm.
And that's it! Polar Analytics checks the key and starts the first sync.
What Data Is Passed to Polar Analytics
Polar Analytics imports campaign-level performance data from Omnisend:

Use Omnisend Data in Polar Analytics
Report and compare campaigns. View sends, unique opens, unique clicks, bounces, complaints, and unsubscribes alongside Shopify sales and ad performance. Compare open, click, and unsubscribe rates by campaign type, subject line, sender name, or send date.
Compare channel revenue. Polar’s attribution credits Shopify orders from tagged Omnisend links to the Omnisend channel, helping you compare email revenue with other channels.
Monitor deliverability and list health. Track bounce, complaint, and unsubscribe trends. Set Slack or email alerts when bounce or complaint rates exceed a threshold.
Plan campaigns. Compare campaign send dates with daily revenue, discounts, and ad spend to understand sales patterns around your sends.
Report across stores. Combine Omnisend results across Polar Analytics workspaces in one dashboard or send scheduled client reports.
Ask questions about performance. Query your campaign data in plain language in Polar, or in Claude and ChatGPT through Polar MCP. For example: “Which Omnisend campaigns had the best click rate last month?”

Why don't I see my Omnisend data yet?
The first sync can take up to 24 hours. If data still doesn't appear, check that Polar Analytics is still connected under Apps in Omnisend.
Can Polar Analytics change my Omnisend campaigns or contacts?
No. Polar Analytics only reads campaign data. It doesn't collect contacts, send emails, or edit campaigns.
