Before You Begin
To use this integration, you must have a HiTide account.
Setup Process
Step 1. Log in to Omnisend for the corresponding client, go to → Apps → Search for HiTide: Grow your SMS List → Click on Connect Now.

Step 2. Open another browser tab → log in to your HiTide account. Once you're in your account, go to the Settings tab → in Subscribers section press "+ Add Integration" button.
Step 3. In the Select an Integration page, find Omnisend and click the "Connect" button.
Step 4. You’ll be redirected to the authentication page. Click "Authorize access" → follow the prompts to authorize the connection with Omnisend. It will redirect you back to HiTide.
Step 5. Go back to the tab with Omnisend → check the box that all the steps are done, and confirm the changes.
And that's it! Omnisend is now integrated with HiTide: Grow your SMS List!
What Data is Passed

Set Up Omnisend to Collect Phone Numbers
Step 1. Go to Omnisend → click on the "Store Settings" from the side menu → click on the SMS. You’ll need the phone number and keyword in the next step – make sure to copy them now.
Step 2. In HiTide → click to "Edit Drafts".
Step 3. Click "Edit" on your campaign.
Step 4. Then, at the SMS opt-in section → paste the keyword and the phone number.
Set Up Omnisend to Collect Emails
Step 1. In HiTide → click to "Edit Drafts".
Step 2. Click "Edit" on your campaign.
Step 3. In the Email opt-in section, paste your brand ID.
Send an SMS/Email Campaign to the HiTide Segment in Omnisend
A HiTide campaign can contain a mix of new, reactivated, and existing subscribers. To send an Omnisend campaign to all these subscribers at once, follow these steps.
This targeting method works even if a subscriber has participated in multiple HiTide campaigns.
Step 1. Create a segment in Omnisend → add filter → Select Tag → select HiTide value.
Step 2. Create a Campaign → Use this newly created segment in the Campaign. Then review the campaign and press the "Send now" button or select the "Schedule for later" option.
Switch SMS or Email Providers in HiTide
Step 1. Then go to the Dashboard tab → in Active campaigns / Drafts → press three dots and choose Edit.
Step 2. On your campaign page, scroll down and open the SMS opt-in or Email opt-in section, then change the list ID to Omnisend.
Step 3. Click "Save" so the new campaigns will use the new opt-in settings moving forward → Then click "Save changes."
