Before You Begin
To use this integration, you must have an Influencer Hero account.
Setup Process
Step 1. Log in to Omnisend for the corresponding client, go to → Apps → Search for Influencer Hero → Click on Connect Now.

Step 2. Open another browser tab → log in to your Influencer Hero account. Once you're in your account, go to the Settings tab → Integrations section → Find Omnisend and click Connect.
Step 3. You’ll be redirected to the authentication page. Click "Authorize access" → follow the prompts to authorize the connection with Omnisend. It will redirect you back to Influencer Hero.
If prompted, select the correct store/account in Omnisend.
Step 4. Go back to the tab with Omnisend → check the box that all the steps are done, and confirm the changes.
And that's it! Omnisend is now integrated with Influencer Hero!
What Data is Passed
Contact Fields when importing an influencer:
Email address
First name
Last Name
Custom tag (e.g., influencer hero or any other)
Custom properties:
ih_commission_percentage - The percentage the influencer earns per sale through their link or code. Commissions are tracked automatically and added to the influencer's balance in the CRM.
ih_deal_id - Deal ID
ih_deal_name - Deal name
ih_deal_url - Link to deal page
ih_dealflow_name - Dealflow/pipeline name
ih_influencer - Is the influencer
ih_nr_followers - Number of followers
ih_platform - Social platform
ih_social_full_name - Full name (first + last)
Use Cases
Find influencers amongst your Omnisend contacts
After connecting, Influencer Hero will periodically check your Omnisend contacts.
If a contact’s email is known to belong to an influencer, we’ll surface them in Influencer Hero so you can engage creators who already know (and often love) your brand.
Where to see them:
Influencer Finder → “Your Customers” tab
Export influencer profiles to Omnisend
You can push influencers from your Influencer Hero CRM into Omnisend:
Go to a Campaign Board
Open the Bulk tool (in the top-right)
Select influencers
Under Select Bulk action, choose Export to Omnisend
Confirm the export (if prompted)
The exported influencers will then appear in your Omnisend contacts so you can segment them and include them in campaigns/automations.
