Semuko is a business platform for photographers and other creative studios. Leads, clients, bookings, proposals, contracts, invoices, and workflows live in one place.
Connect Semuko with Omnisend to send the people already in your Semuko account to Omnisend, so you can email them there. A new inquiry or a booked client lands in Omnisend with their name, email, phone, and tags - no CSV export needed.
Benefits
Send leads and clients from Semuko into Omnisend without a CSV export.
Keep new inquiries and newly booked clients flowing in automatically.
Carry Semuko tags across, so your Omnisend segments follow the groups you already use.
Pick an existing set of leads or clients and push them in one sync.
Before You Begin
To use this integration, you need a Semuko account.
Setup Process
Step 1. Log in to the correct Omnisend account → go to Apps → search for Semuko → click Connect now.
Step 2. Open another browser tab → log in to your Semuko account → go to Settings → Communication → Email Providers.
Step 3. Click Add Provider → in Email Provider, select Omnisend → give it a Provider Name.
Step 4. Leave Brand empty to apply the connection to all brands, or pick a specific brand.
Step 5. In the OAuth Authentication box, click Connect OAuth → you'll be redirected to the Omnisend authorization page → follow the prompts to authorize the connection.
If prompted, select the correct store/account in Omnisend.
Step 6. Back in Semuko, set your Sync Settings - contacts, lists/segments, and tags - and decide whether to turn on Automatic Sync for new leads and new clients.
Step 7. Click Create (or Update Provider if you're editing an existing connection).
Step 8. Go back to the tab with Omnisend → check the box I have completed all the steps → click Confirm.
And that's it! Semuko is now integrated with Omnisend!
💡 Before switching on automatic sync, push one contact manually first. That confirms names, phone numbers, and tags land the way you expect.
What Syncs to Omnisend
Setting | What it does |
Sync contacts to this provider | Sends the contact's name, email, phone, and tags to Omnisend |
Sync tags | Carries Semuko tags across, so segments can follow groups such as weddings versus portraits |
Automatically sync new leads | Creates a contact in Omnisend as soon as a new inquiry is saved as a lead |
Automatically sync new clients | Creates a contact in Omnisend when a lead books and becomes a client |
Manual sync | Lets you select existing leads or clients in Semuko and push that selection in one go |
Note: The sync runs one way, from Semuko into Omnisend. These are contacts you already have in your Semuko account, not a purchased list, and Semuko does not warm email domains.
Use Cases
Once connected, you can:
Welcome a new inquiry. A new lead saved in Semuko appears in Omnisend with their name, email, phone, and tags, ready for a welcome or follow-up campaign.
Follow up after a booking. When a lead books and becomes a client, send prep notes, reminders, or after-session emails to the people who actually booked.
Segment by shoot type. Tags that travel with the contact let your Omnisend segments follow groups you already use in Semuko, such as weddings versus portraits.
Move your existing book across. Pick a set of leads or clients already in Semuko and push them to Omnisend in a single sync.
