Zipify Pages is a Shopify app for building custom landing pages. By connecting it to Omnisend, contacts collected through Zipify Pages signup forms sync automatically to your Omnisend account.
Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for Zipify Pages → click Connect Now → copy the API key shown on the screen.
Step 2. In your Zipify Pages account, open the Settings tab → select CRMs → find Omnisend → paste the API key → click Connect.
Step 3. Open the page in Zipify Pages that should collect contacts. Select Omnisend as your CRM in any form on those pages. If no form exists yet, add one before continuing.
Step 4. Click the Submit button element in your form → under Form Options, select CRM Settings.
Step 5. In the CRM Settings menu, select Omnisend as your CRM. Optionally, add custom tags to pass to Omnisend with each contact submission, and add any additional contact fields. Once all settings are finalized, click Save.
Step 6. Back in Omnisend, check the confirmation checkbox to confirm all steps are complete, then click Confirm.
Any contacts submitted through this form will now sync to Omnisend.
What Data Is Synced
All the new contacts collected via your Zipify Pages Forms will be passed to Omnisend with these fields (if data isn't collected by your form, it won't be passed):
First name;
Last name;
Email address (subscribed status);
Email opt-in date;
Phone number (subscribed status);
SMS opt-in date;
Any custom tags that you have added in the CRM Settings menu.
Set Up a Welcome Automation for Zipify Pages Contacts
To send a welcome email or SMS to contacts coming from Zipify Pages, follow these steps:
In Step 5 of the setup above, add a unique custom tag to the form's CRM Settings (for example,
source: zipify pages).In Omnisend, go to Audience → Segments → create a new segment based on that tag.
Go to Automations → Create workflow → select Welcome. (If you already have a Welcome automation, you can duplicate it.)
Switch the workflow trigger to Contact enters a segment.
Set the segment you created in step 2 as the trigger filter.
Edit the workflow content to include your email and/or SMS message, then click Start workflow.
For more details on segment-based automations, see Trigger automations on segment entry or exit.
