LoyaltyLion is a third-party app that helps you build a data-driven loyalty and engagement program for your brand. When you connect LoyaltyLion with Omnisend, you can send loyalty-based emails, referral campaigns, and reward reminder emails directly from Omnisend to drive repeat purchases and increase customer retention

Setup Process
Step 1. In Omnisend, go to Apps → search for LoyaltyLion → click Connect Now.
Step 2. You will be redirected to LoyaltyLion. Log in to your account, then click Authorize to approve the Omnisend integration.
Step 3. Once authorized, you are redirected back to Omnisend. A confirmation message confirms the integration is active.
How it Works
After the integration is set up, custom properties are created in Omnisend and begin syncing from LoyaltyLion in real time. The following properties are passed for each contact:

Birthday data is also synced from LoyaltyLion and mapped to the default birthdate property in Omnisend. You can use this in a Birthday Automation Workflow if you collect birthdays in LoyaltyLion.
💡 Note: The birthdate sync behavior changed on September 1, 2023. Birthdates collected before that date were saved as the custom property LoyaltyLion_birthday. To update older records, export contacts with birthdays from LoyaltyLion, import them to Omnisend, and map the birthday column to the default birthdate property. Learn how contact import works.
