Role-based addresses are typically company addresses defined by a job rather than a person and are often managed by several people (and may go to several recipients).

Some of these types of addresses are associated with high bounce rates, spam complaints, and spam traps, so Omnisend blocks them from delivery (even if they are on your lists). If you have any email addresses which are mentioned below, please unsubscribe them.
